I would not recommend Dr. Young. Although he was thorough, he was uncompassionate , rude, and seemingly uncaring. Clearly I was just a number.. It was one question after another and only after the examination did he ask if I had any questions. When I mentioned something else he was very quick to say you’re not here for that you’re here for your spine. I read your chart. I will not be going back.
Knowledgeable, fast, wants you to understand, effective
The Doctor is rude, condescending, dismissive & doesn't listen. 1st visit he prescribed a steroid & MRI for my mother who has been in enormous pain & dragging her leg. 2nd visit, a misdiagnosis & he prescribed exactly what he knew my elderly mother is highly allergic to (Aleve), only he prescribed a stronger version, Nsaid. Thank G-d for the pharmacist that would not fill the prescription. This info has been in her charts & we reminded him of such in person (I traveled to accompany my mother to her appts). Dr. Young was great. He went over x-ray in details. He even took the time to draw a diagram and explain in depth my condition and diagnosis. He was very very thorough. He also was conservative with x-ray exposure (I’m a young female with plans of having another child) I left the office with a clear picture of what’s causing my pain and how to get rid of it. Very pleased I definitely recommend Dr. Young
