Dr Rosenwasser is a good and honest doctor. That really cares for his patients. He offers many alternatives before just doing a procedure that may not change the outcome. He understands hand issues interfere many times especially one’s dominant hand with basic routines, work and life.
I am very disappointed with the staff's lack of care. They consistently reschedule my appointments to a time that is not feasible for me. When I expressed my concerns, I was told that I had no choice but to accept the new time making me wait several weeks longer than what the doctor indicated. If a practice values its patients, it should also value their time. My experience so far has been incredibly frustrating, making it difficult for me to fairly assess this doctor.
