Get directionsI took a friend who has cognitive impairment to Dr. Roat. She is also blind in one eye and has limited sight in the other. I could not believe the patience and kindness he extended to her. She loved going there - he was so gentle in every respect. Her sight improved greatly under his care and for the first time she wasn't anxious about going to the eye doctor (we had tried others before). Thank you, Dr. Roat for treating everyone with dignity and respect.
Came to Dr. Roat due to Bell’s palsy diagnosis. Got proper treatment that upon 10 days follow up turned to show an amazing progress on the affected eye. In addition, Dr. Roat asked if I was diagnosed with Lyme disease and I told him no one in ER questioned that. I asked my GP to prescribe me with Lyme disease test, and sure enough Dr. Roat was right on the money. If this was not questioned by Dr. Roat, I would have had no idea and I would have still had untreated Lyme disease. Thank you Dr. Roat!!!!
I simply cannot say enough good things about Dr. Roat! He helped me restore my eye health & helped me heal my sight when I had previously been told that my problem could not be explained by medical science and had no answer. He helped me to remain optimistic when I thought I would never see right again.. the kindness & consideration he puts into his interactions with patients shines far beyond other doctors I've seen. Excellent bedside manner. He is informative, never short, always answers my questions fully and thoroughly. ... read more
Would like to give higher rating as the Doctor is great. Reception not so much. Calling them is a nightmare. Had to jump through hoops to confirm my appointment with a "got up from the wrong side of the bed" receptionist
Terrible service seems as though dr does not properly train employees it’s always a long wait as though dr is behind ...and the call service sick tremendously employees looks overworked there are only three employees in the office as a patient I have a life other than to sit in this office for over two hours!!! He needs to properly train staff
