Our children have been patients of Dr Burtons since we moved to the DFW metro in 2015 and we fully trust Dr. Burton with the overall care of our kids. Dr. Burton is very matter to fact and takes time to explain all our concerns. Which we love & yes she is personable. Our experience from day 1 has always been great. Extremely prejudice doctors office. Gave me a hard time trying to schedule an appt for my daughter for no reason. We recently moved to Tx from IL. First I had to call my insurance and verify their office was in my network (even though I had already reached out to my insurance company to get a list of providers prior to calling them. Then after I verified everything they said due to not having any new patient openings until the following week that I can’t schedule the appt and needed to take her to an urgent care. Dr. Burton is the best! I saw her for the first time this week for my newborn and my toddler. She spent so much time in the room with us at each visit. She was patient with my toddler who was a little scared and she spoke to him (not just to me) as she examined him, which is really important to him. All in all, wonderful care.
One of the best pediatric doctors in Mansfield, she has been my grandchildren's Doctor since elementary, they're now freshman and sophomore in high school. We love her and the staff, would highly recomend her.
