Dr Webster, as well as her entire staff, has been excellent with explanations of my gum procedure. Though the first two procedures weren't successful, I'm willing to continue for a 3rd, somewhat different procedure. I've got complete faith in her!
Dr. Webster and her hygienists have provided me with excellent perio care. Bone loss and gum recession have been halted and no invasive treatment has been needed. They do file insurance claims and I am responsible for co-pays only, so I don't understand the one complaint about lack of participation in insurance.
I thought Dr. Webster was very nice and professional. She and her staff explained the procedure and the insurance information to me. I love my smile now and can eat anything without pain!
Dr. Webster did a great job with my extraction and implant. I had barley any pain and was able to go back to work that day!
Staff was friendly. However, Dr. Webster chooses not to participate in dental insurance plans. This allows her to set high fees. Her competitor in Fairbanks was almost $3k cheaper. I contacted and received quotes from out of state. The savings more than paid for the procedure, airfare and hotel. Dr. Webster was aware of this and would not budge on her fee, telling me it had already been deeply discounted.
