Easily the worst healthcare experience I've ever had. Dr. Leber was running two hours behind, I was not informed of the delay when I arrived or appropriately updated throughout my wait. X-rays were ordered before she even knew the reason for my visit (I was told everyone gets x-rays at that office before seeing a doctor whether they need them or not). My appt was rushed, doctor didn't take the time to even glance at my chart and offered me a prescription that I can't take due to other health issues. The office was also freez... read more
I’m an athlete and had a number of questions and considerations I wanted a second opinion on. Instead of recommending the typical rest and ice, Dr. Leber heard my concerns about appropriate treatment and addressing the root cause of my discomfort. She was also patient with helping me understand imaging and taking the time in real time to show me via ultrasound. I appreciated her bed side manner immensely and think she retains a spirit of helping patients understand and feel confident about their choices.
