I received my crown the same day I had my appointment-no waiting! Awesome staff and dentist!!
Punctual and very caring. Dr. Jones and the entire staff explain in detail about your treatment and insurance benefits. Highly recommend!
Dr Jones should not be practicing. She misses canals when performing endodontic treatment and does not seal canals she does find to the apex! Her crowns are ill-fitting. My husband had to have both root canal and crowns redone elsewhere because she couldn't relieve his pain. She actually caused him more pain as a result of her "too large" crown. Dr Jones, if you're reading this, "the key to crown retention is REDUCTION"! And, don't expect an appointment if you're in pain; you'll only receive a RX!!! Sorry, but this place is ... read more
Dr. Heather Hood Wise should be avoided at all costs if you have small children. For being a pediatric dentist, she has NO patience and her manner is not calming for scared children. My 4 year old had to have a cavity filled and it was the worst experience! First, she poked him with the Novocaine needle without giving him a topical numbing agent, so he felt the pain of the needle. Then, she began drilling his tooth without him being fully numbed. She was extremly rude and arrogant. She lied about surgery with our granddaughter. Both my daughter and I called three other Dentist and asked about the procedure.... She is NOT a very nice doctor with her "Great Bedside Manners". I would tell everyone with small children to stay clear of her and her practice. She went as far to threaten to call Child protection if my daughter didn't let didn't let her finish her work!. OMG - Are you kidding me! My daughter will be contacting an attorney with a lawsuit to follow and the AMA ... read more
