I have been seeing this Dr Friedland for several years now. I absolutely *love* this doctor. Not for her personality, which is prob not a match for everyone - not bubbly, fairly straightforward, but she always takes the time to listen carefully to what I say during regular check ups. Makes relevant notes and brings up questions from one year to the next for follow up. On the odd time that I see her for something unusual, her assessment has been right on the mark.
I just wanted to say that I've never had any trouble with the front desk staff! I've always been treated courteously, and yes you do need to wait on hold for awhile sometimes, but the doctors there are worth it!
