I feel like this office and crew has always taken great care of me. Dr. Atencio has been a great advocate for my eyes and has made sure to refer me to specialists to ensure my eyes are taken care of.
Sad place unprofessional and oblivious to anything like an emergency! You'd be better off calling a retirement home and admitting yourself
Completely unresponsive to patient's desires and needs. Atencio was the most offensive health care person I have ever met.
From out of town and drove 40 minutes from Estes Park to make a last minute 1pm appointment. Road closures on 34 delayed us 20 mins and they turned us around saying they were fully booked while they had an empty lobby. The front desk was not helpful and not friendly.
