HORRIBLE AND RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE IT TOOK A FEW MONTHS TO GET A NAME PLACED ON A REFERRAL THEN MELISSA WALKER ASKED ME TO STOP CALLING BECAUSE SHE KNEW WHAT TO DO YOU CAN'T GET ANSWERS I WAS TALKING TO HER AND I SAID MS WALKER AND SHE SAID IT'S DR WALKER ALL DAY EVERYDAY SHE THINKS SHE IS ABOVE ALL AND WE'RE BENEATH HER SHE NEEDS A NEW PROFESSION BECAUSE BEING THE WAY SHE IS AND HOW SHE SPEAK TO YOU IS VERY UGLY WHILE SMACKING THAT GUM

I met with Dr. Walker for my first visit and she was nice and seemed knowledgable but she fails in the area of following up. I’m sent to do labs and no one reaches out to go over the results and it was the same for my second visit when I met with her PA. No one followed up to let me know how my diabetes was or what my results may have shown about an issue that I brought up. You can call and no one answers and it can be in the morning after they have opened and they do not return messages when leaving a message asking someone... read more

Long story short I was basically accused of being a drug addict because I needed a refill for a medication that I had been on for 2 years. This was my 2nd visit to this doctor and was the worst experience ever. She came in arms crossed being accusatory first instead of trying to get facts first. The ladies in the front have no idea how to run an office. I want all her patients to know she believes we are all beneath her because of the side of town we live on. Dr. Melissa Walker is a superb doctor and believes in taking time with each of her patients to provide quality care and ensure they are well educated on the status of their health. These same qualities are reflective of her staff, which makes for a wonderful doctor visit experience. If you want a doctor who can bring medical knowledge, build report, and fosters an office environment that makes you feel comfortable and at ease, then I recommend Dr. Melissa Walker at Carol Clinic for Family Centered Healthcare.

She was very attentive and knowledgeable in relation to my medical condition. She provided additional reading material and prescribed the right medication. Excellent physician who shows much compassion for her patients.

Dr. Walker was very knowledgeable on various issues we discussed. She listened and was extremely caring. I have a follow up visit scheduled. I trust her. The office was clean and sanitized. Everything was easy as 1,2,3.

Waited five hours for her to see me for less than 20 minutes. And for her to not even be sure herself of what kind of rash I had in my pubic area. Wasn’t very knowledgeable other than to outrule STDs which I had already gotten tested for. My entire experience at the clinic was awful. She’s very condescending aswell. Don’t recommend her to anyone.

Doctor was condescending. Office staff was nice, but impossible to get answers or communication over the phone. Left messages several times and always had to follow up with several calls to get any answer if any. If they write you a referral, be sure they authorize it with your insurance.
