Always a great experience when visiting Dr. Ruff and her staff. Dr. Ruff addresses all of our issues and explains what procedures we need to do.
The entire team, without exception, are absolutely superlative.
Dr. Ruff is awesome!
Dr. Ruff is an amazing doctor. She asks me questions and LISTENS to my answers.. I have always been able to get a next day appt. She remembers family members that I have mentioned which is amazing to me.
My visit with Dr Ruff was more than I expected. She is very caring and listens to your concerns. She goes above and beyond to care for you and a family member who needed immediate care. So thankful for her and all she does for others.
Dr. Ruff is empathetic, compassionate, supportive, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and sincere. She never rushes me and addresses any concerns I have. I am confident I’m getting excellent care and I’m comfortable discussing any concerns with Dr. Ruff.
Dr Ruff is a wonderful practitioner. She is caring, dedicated, and extremely knowledgeable in care and treatment. I am grateful to be in her practice. I have referred many of my friends because of the confidence I have in her.
Dr Ruff is kind, compassionate and an active listener! I feel very confident in her treatment and believe she does care very much about her patients! On her day off she called me with some devastating biopsy results and could not have been more understanding I mentioned that I would be getting a second opinion and she stated”whatever you need we are here for you.” I will never forget the kindness she showed to me!
If I could give ZERO stars I WOULD! Dr. Ruff is RUDE and did not listen to my concerns. She actually blew them off when they turned out to be very serious. As a physician it is her responsibility to make sure that she is monitoring her patient's side effects of the medication that she is prescribing!!!!!! When I told her that my side effects were alarming she blew it off! This was the LAST visit with her and i never returned. TERRIBLE!
