i had xplant surgery. i love this doctor. coming back for mini facelift
You will more than likely regret your decision to have cosmetic surgery performed by this “doctor.” Dr. Lacerna is kind and flattering before she collects your money but after surgery forget about it. I have severe scarring issues after she performed lipo on me. After countless times of following up and no return call, I reached out to a different surgeon(s) both of whom couldn’t believe a licensed professional performed surgery on me. She is sloppy, negligent and careless. Please do your research!

My experience with LA Plastic Surgery from my initial consultation through surgery was nothing but positive. I am of course really impressed with the Dr. Melinda Lacerna credentials initially; she is a double board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon and general surgeon. I have only one experience with LA Plastic Surgery and it is very disappointing. Last summer I had MOHS surgery. After six months I still have what looks like a very large blood vessel between the corner of my left eye and the bridge of my nose. Several family members and friends said I should go back and talk to the surgeon to see if anything could be done. I have tried unsuccessfully to talk to the surgeon. I can’t say enough about the experience I had with Dr. Lacerna. Throughout the whole process, she was available for continual consultation, was compassionate, and totally made me feel at ease. Her facility, her Operating Room, her discretion, and her overall countenance are just very special. The team here is amazing. Any questions I had was answered with ease and confidence. The different types of treatment they offer truly makes this office a one stop shop.
Went in for an “alignment “ and was in and out pretty quick! Very minimal scaring. Love those ladies! What a wonderful team!!
