I have made two visit at their office and I am very pleased with the staff and doctors.
Great Drs office overall! From when you walk in to when you see Dr. Melecia. My first time in her office and she took her time with me. I’ve never had a Dr that actually spent more than 5 minutes in the room with me explaining things. Another great thing is the portal that she uses to communicate with her patients. She messaged with what I needed to do next and even changed medication by electronically contacting the pharmacy.
Not so much a rating but a comment......went by at 8:50 tonight with my husband who was sick. Found out when we knocked on the door because it was locked that they do not stay open till nine. They actually take their last patient at 8:30. I just feel that this is something that should be advertised because if you say you’re open until 9 PM then most people assume they can get there right before nine and you should still be open. Called early in the morning to make arrangements to take my daughter to see doctor and they even faxed me the paperwork to pre-fill. We show up at 6:30pm and they tell us they aren't taking any more patients. So why advertise your business as being open till 9pm then? �
Thank you for always taking care of Kimmy's needs with her wheelchair papers and all that goes with special individuals with special needs. Thank you for also refilling mom and dad's prescriptions so fast. Your the Dr. Fuentes.
