I love Dr. Payanal. She is super sweet and understanding. Great at listening and looks at treating the whole patient instead of just body. I came in here to check her new phone number and saw her reviews weren’t that great which is totally the opposite of my experience. Upon reading them it seems it’s cause they were irritated to have to fill forms beforehand. For myself and my kids Dr appts that seems pretty standard nowadays.
