Dr Rhue is absolutely amazing. She was nothing but a pleasure to deal with, at every encounter. The office staff on the other hand, is pretty much a complete nightmare. Once you actually get to Dr. Rhue, everything is great. We found her to be very knowledgeable, super friendly, and very caring. We took our 2 year old son to Dr. Rhue, and the issue that we were there for no longer exists, thanks to Dr. Rhue!
Dr. Rhue has very good bedside manner which is comforting for children, but we didn’t have a great experience. My son visited the office for stomach pain. Blood tests yielded unusual results, but the only scan that was ordered was an ultrasound and not a CT scan. The ultrasound did not find anything unusual. Less than a week later the pain was worsening, so we took him to the ER only to find out his appendix had already ruptured and he had an abscess the size of a grapefruit in his abdomen.
