I tried to make an appointment for my mother, they don't answer..I waited for 30 minutes for someone to pick up the phone to no avail. I know people that are looking for work. If you need a receptionist let me know. You need to hire more than one person to handle your calls. Medical offices should not make patients wait forever for someone to answer their calls
I don’t recommend this office.
I wish I could say what kind of experience I had with this office, but they would need to pick up their phone for me to actually have an experience with them. I’ve been calling for two weeks daily. And no way to leave a voicemail. And definitely no way to get a human on the phone. I will be reaching out to my plan to get a new doctor.
I’m pretty sure anyone who rated this guy more than one star it’s either a relative or a friend.Don’t trust your eyes with him.my wife is still suffering 2 years later as result of his disastrous cataract surgery.
Very caring and knowledgeable doctor with great bedside manners, but he needs to overhaul his team responsible for scheduling. Pack lunch and dinner for visits.
