Does not release RX or care about the patients concern. 6 months of an ongoing issues. Doc prescribed antibiotics that did not work. Come to find out there are 3 different infections.
One of the worst experiences! The doctor does not listen to the patient and disregards the chief concerns. The staff are not diligent with returning phone calls and don’t even know how to send a referral form properly. They send you bills almost 14 months after your appointment date and claim that insurance took a while to respond and didn’t pay their portion. An absolute sham. Do yourself a favor and seek treatment elsewhere.
Excellent no nonsense care. Great with follow up. Does a blood draw better than most phlebotomists. Wonderful staff. Highly recommend.
This guys office is terrible and they really scam customers. I was ask for my insurance information before my appointment, I get there and when I was talking to Dr. Mirtorabi All he talk was about my insurance and that they don’t work with it. This is the most ridiculous and shady place I ever talked to! The woman at the front desk is so unprofessional and lack of knowledge that I can see why this place rates like this and should not be operating with this quality of staff and Doctor.
Dr. Mirtorabi takes the time to listen to issues and works quickly to help resolve them. He is thorough and his staff is very nice. The office is a little outdated but this is easily overlooked by the quality of care that Mirtorabi provides. I have not had an issue with getting an appointment as it is always quick and the appointments do not feel rushed as he answers all the questions and provides good referrals.
