Dr. Richard's has helped me so much with my overall health and well being. She takes her professional responsibilities seriously and ensures to treat her clients with support and encouragement. Stabilization is very important to her and she listens intently and shines a light on your strengths when you may have forgotten you have any. Did not spend 5 seconds with this woman for therapy but she felt she was fit to testify to my mental health at an arbitration hearing. This woman should be reported to her organization, in my humble opinion. Due to her actions, I felt it difficult to continue treatment with my psychiatrist and psychologist because she blew all trust that I had for the mental health field. Very disappointed that this woman is still licensed to practice in this Province.
