I have had a negative experience almost every time that I have had an appointment. It is not so much Dr. Brewster, but the inability of the office to make appointments, call patients back, renew prescriptions, keep employees. You can't get a prescription filled within days. The message on the phone system regarding this is rude. I have shown up and been told that I don't have an appointment, but got the automated call the day before telling me that I did. Dr. Brewster is wonderful. She is caring and easy to talk to.
l am always satisfied with my experience with this group.
I feel this office had some rude office staff in the past - which I reported on. However, I feel there has been a complete turnaround and the office staff are pleasant and helpful now. It was always the office staff, not the nurses or doctors, who had been unpleasant in the past.
Dr Brewster and her team are the best. They treat you with respect, always on time and will actually listen to you and your concerns
