I called today to make an appointment. I was told they will not accept me because I cancelled my appointment in 2014. I was told I moved the appointment a couple times in 2014 but then ultimately cancelled. In early 2014 I lost my mother suddenly and on top of severe grief I was helping my father daily with everything my mother did. This feels insensitive but I'm glad this happened. Dr. Jhaver and her entire office staff are absolutely wonderful! I've been seeing Dr. Jhaver for over two years now and she has helped me get back on track with my health. Between routine labs, outside referrals for other specialists and her amazing bedside manner I always know that Dr. Jhaver goes above and beyond to make sure every aspect of my health is cared for. I was recently “fired” as a patient for what the office claims are multiple “no shows” or cancellations without 72 hours’ notice after being a patient for many many years. The appointments I needed to cancel and attempted to reschedule were on 5/10/22, 9/28/23, 9/10/24, and most recently 8/4/25. For the August 2025 appointment, I called with 72 hours noticed to reschedule my Monday appointment—well before the weekend—yet I was met with rudeness and a lecture about their 72-hour policy not counting on non-business days. For the first few years I enjoyed coming to Dr Jhaver. She was always smiling asked me about my family uplifting and caring. Over the last few years her energy has dwindled. And after 14 years, she kicked me out of her practice because I have been late five times... FIVE times... Never late with a payment, always willing to change my appointment, but I couldn't be late five times in 14 years....

This office is the definition of predatory healthcare practices, especially toward elderly patients. They require a minimum of four appointments per calendar year — spaced 2–3 months apart — whether or not you actually need to be seen. This is nothing but a money grab disguised as “standard care.” Even worse, if you want routine blood work, they force you to make an appointment just to discuss it before they’ll send the request to the lab.
