Unfortunately, Dr. Jhaver whom I really liked at my first appt, lost me as a patient bc front desk staff is unbeliveably rude.
Super happy with Dr. Jhaver and her team. Been a satisfied patient of hers for almost 20 years now. Highly recommend!
I can't comment on the doctor's actual capabilities, as I could never make an appointment. I was referred to her by my cardiologist who wanted me to have a primary care. I tried to call the office to make an appointment, no one answered. I waited a few days and tried again. The front office contact explained that they take a $50 deposit just to make an appointment. If you try to cancel a six month check up appointment! Because you are having a heart procedure in the next few weeks (You do not know the date yet) and want to make an appointment after the fact! They will harassingly call very old ladies that are not all their and try to force them into a date! Then when you take over the call they get lippy, smug and glib as they tell you it's not allowed and they have to see if the doctor says it's ok!
