She was quick, friendly, knowledgeable and informative.
She is very sympathetic and patient. Thank God I went to her.
Poor service, she doesn’t care about her patients, very rude and rushes through her appointments. Her excuse is “ that she can diagnose fast” but as a patient most of us have questions and 2 minutes is not enough time to go under surgical procedures.
I chose Dr. Neill because of her sterling reviews on HealthGrades but had the worst experience of my life at a doctor's office. Beginning at the front desk where they were highly incompetent to having the doctor breeze in and out. At the end of my appointment, after waiting an hour to get in and only seeing the doctor for 5 minutes, the doctor and the assistant just left the room. No goodbye, no check with the front desk for an appt., I wasn't actually sure they were done. Horrible experience

We were seen very quickly, and the appointment was brisk and informational. Dr. Megan Neill was really understanding and she provided useful information that would help me. She explained in detail what each medicine would do for me and gave her opinion based on past experience she is had. She answered all questions that I asked in a very detailed manner, and she further explained if i did not comprehend. Her detailed responses explaining her opinions was honest. All in all, Dr. Neill significantly helped me.
