Dr Davidson is nice. But the practice is horrible. They double bill and do not help when you call to talk about the bill. Their office manager Carrie says she will call you back but never does. Horrible customer service. Avoid this practice.

I have been going to Dr. Megan for years, but she moved over to Arizona Dermatology. She is so good that I followed her over, but after my cancer screening and removal of 2 tiny moles I received a bill 3 months later for $254.29. $221 was for new patient and disposal of 2 tiny moles was $130. Charging for a new patient and an excessive disposal fee is ridiculous. Had a known the fees were going to be that high I wouldn't have made an appointment. So much for preventive care.

I had a biopsy on my nose done on Feb 8, 2024 and no one called me to inform me of cancer results. I went to office after more than a month went by to get a paper copy of my results as my portal was not working, and this was when and how I found out I had cancer. I asked for the Dr to contact me and still today have not heard from her. I am more than disappointed, frustrated and just plain mad. She was very friendly and professional. She patiently answered our questions and made sure that my daughter and I were both comfortable with the acne program she was prescribing.
