The staff at ohio ent and allergy are caring and helpful. I forgot my insurance card, the lady at the front desk just asked that I email it when I got home. The nurse who administered my breathing tests was very patient and explained the tests several times (they were different than what i was used to, apparentlythe practice changed software). I was super impressed with Dr. Goebel,I never felt rushed, she answered all my questions and very thorough with explanations and testing. I highly recommend Dr. Goebel.
Dr. Goebel is very thorough & patient. She is especially supportive of parents of teens as they learn to navigate their health independently:) I value her expertise.

She was well prepared, reviewed results of prior visit in 2023. Performed some tests and made recommendation based on the results
I had seen Dr Goebel years ago (more than 5) which she reminded me of, she was as rude yesterday as she was then. Had I remember I would have gone elsewhere. Clearly I’m here for a reason and was made to feel as if I am an idiot which is not a good feeling. Especially at this age and stage .I have serious concerns with zero family history. She may be a great doctor although her approach and interaction could definitely be improved upon in my experience. Dr Goebel was very thorough and addressed all of my questions in a very professional manner. All of the staff were pleasant and this has to be the nicest and cleanest office I have ever walked into. I had a positive experience myself so makes me feel so much better about my toddler having an appointment here in the next few weeks also.
