Dr Byrnes is lovely, she knows her stuff. Most of her staff are lovely too. But one of her receptionists is the most miserable woman I've ever encountered. No smiles, mean, impersonal, abrupt. Shame she spoils it as others are lovely (especially the lady in her late 40s/early 50s with long dark hair)
