I decided to use Dr Jacob as I purchase glasses from the Optical store at the front of her location. I was given an appt for 11:00 am. I arrived 15 mins early as I tend to do for appts, when I arrived I was told someone was ahead of me, how could that be?? I was informed the appt was at 11:30, no, it's 11, I had even received a confirmation call stating 11. Why would I show up at 10:45 for an 11:30 appt????? You can tell Dr. Jacob cares and I had a good experience with her. She has me set up to get my second cataract removed. Very good at what she does and reception is always nice.
Dr Jacobs takes care of all my children. she is patient kind and dxplains everything thoroughly to both parents and children. My boys LOVE HER!!! Highly recommend.
