Was to have an appointment eith her made it a year ago for my son and it's closed no phone call to rebook not professional at all. It's in the book so why couldn't call to rebook I'll go else where for better service Should give a ZERO STAR REVIEW

I decided to use Dr Jacob as I purchase glasses from the Optical store at the front of her location. I was given an appt for 11:00 am. I arrived 15 mins early as I tend to do for appts, when I arrived I was told someone was ahead of me, how could that be?? I was informed the appt was at 11:30, no, it's 11, I had even received a confirmation call stating 11. Why would I show up at 10:45 for an 11:30 appt?????
