Long due review for Dr.Meera. This is going to be a bit lengthy. My health would have deteriorated alot if I haven’t met Meera on time. She explained me everything on the first meeting in extreme detail. At first, it was difficult to make lifestyle changes and to add supplements in daily routine. By far, the best Naturopath I have discovered. Been seeing Meera for over 10 years and she is remarkable in her line of work. Especially for gut related illness (Colitis, Crohns, IBD) she has been the most helpful and knowledgeable for me- Thank you so much Meera for your care!

Dr Meera has helped me with a few conditions: B12 deficiency, fatty liver, insulin resistance, oral Candida from a steroid puffer, psoriatic arthritis, too much mercury from salmon. What a long and crazy list. It took some office visits and supplements but Dr M is very analytical and worked with the medical stuff to make me better faster. Dr. Meera is smart, analytical, and accessible while the rough part of getting better takes its toll. Would strongly recommend to anyone frustrated with health issues.
