I received the worst service if you can call it that at this dentist office, the front desk staff Kathleen and dental assistant and booking rep they over charged me for a service back in April of 2025 and held it for months and when I was told about the overcharge from my insurance company in NoV I reached out and they told me they applied to something else without my permission. I said thats not fair and they hung up on me and said they refuse to deal with me regarding their withholding of my money

I had the worst experience at the dentist office the staff was very rude and mistreated my child and I they left me sitting 15 mins past my appointment time and and proceeded to call every white parent and child back while me and my child sat and watched. Then when I asked the overly tanned thin hair women at the front desk Kathleen she said she refused to speak to me if I was gonna make accusations. I felt very unvalued and hurt by the disparagement treatment I received

I didn’t feel valued at this dentist office it’s hard to find a trusted place for your child and sadly this place is not it. They only allow the option to accompany your your children back if your white I asked if I could accompany my grandchild back and was told they had a no parent policy. But I sat and watched 3 white parents go to th back with their child, when I asked the front desk about it the lady Kathleen rudely told me they are allow to apply the policy how they see it

I felt very discriminated against by the front desk staff and dental assistant on my visit at the Midlothian location. I was told I was not allowed to go back with my 2 year old bra they had a strict no parent in the back policy and they pointed to the signs at the front desk referring to said policy. As I waited 15 mins past my scheduled appointment time I saw numerous white parents come out and go in with their children of all ages when my daughters name was finally called I was told I am not allowed to escort my kid back.... read more

The office has always been friendly and has always made sure my daughter gets in if something is wrong. They have provided care for all 5 of our kids. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking dentistry or orthodontic care for their children!

Cannot thank Dr. Bridges-Poquis and the staff enough. They're incredibly kind and don't rush through appointments. Every question was answered and the progress of care was explained each step of the way. Highly recommend their office to anyone who has children with dental and orthodontic needs.

A filling should last more than 70 days ! They shouldn’t be coming out with your chewing gum .

Had a very bad and costly experience here. Very unprofessional dentists and desk clerk. What a clusterf*uck. Find another dentist. Somewhere. Anywhere. Go to the dental clinic at the university. But don’t go here. I’m betting the farm that you will regret it.

Rossetti is a butcher. By far one of the most incompetent people on the face of the earth. He is unethical and is only looking to profit from your pain. In his eyes Pain = money. Do you see where I’m going with this? I speak from experience. Don’t say you were not warned. This guy is NOT alright and everything he does is not OK. Exactly the opposite. Merry Christmas, everyone! God Bless us all. Even people with a hidden agenda. Except corrupt dentists. And the people who work for them. Etc
