Dr. Chintapalli is Unfit for the position. Very distracted and unprofessional. Wait time is very long. We dont mind if treatment is good and care is appropriate for the kids. Any parent would spend more time if their kids are treated well for health. Always she confuses with some other people. If she doesn't recognize us on each appointment, that's OK. We can understand. Probably the most unprofessional dr we’ve ever seen. We went to this clinic for a year and we were lucky if we got to see another dr in the clinic. Dr Chintapalli made comments about my sons autism every single time she saw us. She would ask “why is he so autistic?” She even said “you know a child only becomes so autistic because they are witnessing domestic violence in the home”. We got up and left after that and never came back. I’m shocked she doesn’t have more complaints against her.
Dr. Chintapalli is an amazing doctor. She spent an entire hour with my son. She gave me techniques to help my child and made sure I understood how to put them into place. She even gave me a follow up call. She is super kind and amazingly smart.
Dr. Chintapalli is a kind loving women who takes her patience well being to heart. Love this women. I have raised 5 daughters and wish she was around when they was young. I am now a mom / grandma to a 7 year old who has some disabilities. He has been with her from birth. She has taken her time to educate me time and time again . Has called me at home and talked with me for well over a hour. She will give parenting advice but that is up to you if you want to take it. For me I have and oh my what
All that matters to her is getting money. Even charged for shot records.
A to Z is the worst doctor's office I have ever been to. They schedule repeated appointments for the same thing, drag things out at the detriment of your child. Every appointment they say the next one we will do what I originally asked for, that has yet to be true. Other doctors, and counselors, and the school are all waiting on A to Z, five appointments in and 2 referral's later, and still being told next appointment. Inefficient to the point of detriment, and dishonest.
