I walked in to ask information about physical examination for work. Her lovely secretary told me she was able to see me right away, so the doctor saw me. Love the clinic.
Dr. Totlani is an outstanding physician who consistently displays care and concern for all her patients. Her compassion and her professionalism create an atmosphere where all patients feel welcomed and attended to. Her staff is very efficient. Best family physician in Allentown! Works with uninsured patients, and she is always available to answer your questions. I've recommended her to dozens of people.
Dr. Totlani is an excellent Doctor. She listens to her patients, and provides exceptional care. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a primary care Doctor. I also like that she has a walk-in clinic so no appointment is necessary, although recommended.

Extremely unprofessional. Provided an incomplete medical report that resulted in a RFE. The RFE was specifically for a missing information in the medical report. Did not sign the document because of personal grudge. Charged more than what was agreed. Insulted my mother (an elder) over the phone. NOT a reliable doctor. Be aware and choose at your own risk.
It was the worst! 1. she cares nothing but CASH payment; 2. she refers me to another location for tests but with wrong code, and eventually I pay additionally because the bill couldn't be processed by my insurance; yes, I called her several times (never returned the calls) and then stopped by to explain, she said she will update the code, but never did.. 3. the office was filled with her yelling, you felt being rushed to do the tests and PAY! I hope USCIS could re-examine her qualifications.
I would not recommend Dr. Totlani to anyone. My husband and I went to get our vaccinations and medical exam for USCIS. The paper work was incomplete and it set us back weeks.
Love going to her, she is a wonderful Doctor.
