From the waiting room, front office, lab to examination rooms, everything proceeds in an orderly manner. All staff are neat, professional and courteous. They ensure patient's needs are met in a timely manner. Most of the time I have been able to get a same-day appointment. Dr. Kakarala reads my chart before entering the exam room. She listens closely, asks questions before making a specific treatment plan. Then she explains in detail my treatment plan and rationale.
We joined Dr. Kakarala the fall of 2025. She has been responsive to our immediate and long term needs. I highly recommend her practice.
I am extremely happy with Dr. Kakarala and MDVIP. I have complex conditions and need someone who considers my whole wellness without dismissing my concerns. Before I joined this practice I didn't have that and it was overwhelming to plan it all out on my own. I had a stroke in Dec 2024 and was left with chronic nausea. Dr Kakarala worked closely with me to find the right medicine to break the cycle. She was successful and I have been free of nausea for almost a year. Her persistence to finding a cure was life changing for me. I am now healthy and back to myself pre stroke self.
