I would not recommend this company to others. I had my two elderly parents (one under hospice care) that I needed to escort from the East Coast to San Francisco. We needed to rent a Portable O2 concentrator on short notice with batteries. This company was identified by the Hospice Agency in Maryland. The contract states that you may buy insurance for shipping on your own and are responsible for damages. I paid for overnight shipping rates in order to get the equipment from Colorado to Maryland in order to test the equipment.... read more
