Don't give Avinash any money! He cannot be trusted!! We contracted Avinash Ramlal to do heating and AC for our new home. He took our deposit and started not showing up. He disappeared with our money and we had to hire another company. We are a retired couple. Took him to small claims court and got a claim against him but he closed his bank account. We have not collected yet, but we will track him down. This guy is unprofessional, not to be trusted, and has no decency
We hired Dr Mechanical to do the HVAC for our house and had a horrible experience. The system wouldn't work properly. The temperature of the rooms weren't what we set it to. Some rooms would be colder and not heating up. The installed thermostat stopped working. Its a painful process to get a hold of Avinash taking multiple calls and messages for him to reply. He came 3 times to attempt a fix just for the issue to show up again in a few weeks. Do not recommend
Well, I keep smelling a gas leak in our mechanical room and he wont come fix his work. This is one of a few disasters we have encountered from this contractor. Not Acceptable. Do not use this contractor ever. Will fix myself.
