The dermatologist here dont care about their patients and they are not helpful.Dr.mclean need new receptionist because they are lazy and selfish. I recommended my friend to come here because he has a concern that he may have life threatening skin condition but they refused to see him because he was stuck in traffic due to a wreck that was in front of him and didn't even offer to reschedule him an appointment and just told him b y e. I hope wtvm investigate these selfish non caring people
Dr. McLean and her staff are very nice, caring, helpful. I had a wonderful experience from the very beginning of my visit to the end. I would refer anyone here.
