Great staff and wonderful with persons with fear of dentistry work. My mother is of the age she had bad experience as a child. So now has high anxiety in a dentistry chair. This office goes out of their way to may her feel comfortable.
Dr Matthews was so kind and understanding. I had a very traumatic root canal done at Crystal Dental. This root canal now required an extraction for which I was extremely anxious for. Dr Matthews gave me a lot of extra freezing and nitrous oxide, also allowed me to listen to music. All of his efforts were so appreciated as the procedure was better than expected. Unfortunately I haven’t always had great experiences here. However after today I feel much more comfortable again. Thank you Dr Matthews for your patience and support... read more
