Dr Collins was excellent in looking at my somewhat urgent problem. He took the time needed to review the info provided to make an action plan. The front desk could benefit from listening more carefully to the Doctors instructions since we had to correct what she was going to do to match the Doctors orders; we both had heard at the same time. This avoided an unnecessary visit to the wrong doctor. Very good Experience overall.
The ladies at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful. Dr. Nick Baughman was very thorough and gave me options for future decisions.
