Called to book an appointment. Receptionist told me to call back.. umm what? Isn’t that your job, to make appointments. I won’t be calling back.
Dr Mike is super patient and engages with my child in a unique way that allows her to really listen he educates in an interactive and fun way. He is so knowledgeable and we really love having him as our family paediatrician! If your child has Adhd Dr Mike is incredible.
Useless staff
Mike has been paediatrician for both of my daughter's since birth. He supported us through our first daughter's 27 day long stay in special care. He has the most positive and reassuring bedside manner. We still see him now for both girls and have nothing but positive things to say about Mike. If you're having a baby at North West and aren't sure who to choose as your paediatrician, pick Mike McGill. He won't disappoint.
