The extra star is for the staff. I had lower blepharoplasty done by Dr bidar almost a year ago. The office staff is wonderful, but I’ve never felt more dismissed by my concerns with a Dr than by Dr bidar. First off I had no idea he was leaving the practice. He told me I look fine last when he saw me again with my concerns. I don’t. He pretended it wasn’t noticeable. Dr. Bidar apparently and pleasantly has two personas that he presents to his patients. First is his introduction and presentation of the procedures he would like to pursue to correct a medical dysfunction that I was experiencing. His sincere demeanor spoke volumes about his knowledge of the corrective procedures, which entailed alternative measures if needed. The second persona I met was in the operating room.
