Sorry Dr but your front disk is really baaaaaaaaad.
It should not be this hard for anyone to reach their physician. Every number is automated, which sends you in circle never allowing you to speak with a staff member. If you're lucky enough to speak with a staff member, the attitude that I was met with was horrible. The telephone etiquette isn't even close to what's expected from a medical staff. The smacking of the lips, putting me on hold mid-sentence. In the middle of me explaining the reason for my call, I was told, "Yeah I get all that. Now what do you want me to do?" I ... read more
So frustrated! My first visit I waited 75 mins before I had to leave to return back to work. I informed the receptionist that I am out of medicine and asked for the soonest possible appt. The receptionist gave me another appt but a day before this appt I got a phone call (recorded) that the dr canceled it. The next two weeks, I called to reschedule but nobody ever picks up my phone calls. Even more frustrating is I still get phone msgs (recorded) and text msgs that my appt (same one) is canceled and to call for another appt.... read more
