Once you see Dr. Rabadi it all goes well but his staff in incompetent and rude. Never returns a call back. He prescribe a medication for my husband in March of 2025 and he still waiting to get get filled. His staff doesn’t pick up the phone and when they do they are rude. I was highly recommended to Sr. Rabadi but I’m now searching for a new PCP.

I have been seeing Dr. Rabadi for many years, as well as my family. I am forever loyal to him. I am so loyal to him that I refused to write a review previously, because I was so unhappy with his front desk staff and would have left a one star, because I was constantly put in a rage after dealing with them. Dr. Rabadi is the best! He took great care of me and my medications and further testing after my triple hospitalization with AFIB. HOWEVER, it does seem like he is understaffed and the phone goes unanswered for long periods of time. I have been calling his office for a couple of days with no answer. Also, lunchtime seems to be a priority with what seems to be a lot of Uber eats deliveries for the staff. I am currently waiting for a return call, will update you with the results.

I must start by saying that my visits to Dr. Rabadi over the last ten years have always been pleasant. Dr. Rabadi and his staff have always epitomized professionalism. Recently, a staff member named Helen has been consistently rude and obnoxious while working at the front desk. She often refuses to pass on messages to the doctor, believing she can handle the questions herself. Her behavior is unprofessional.
