Great bedside manner, office runs smoothly.
I really like Dr. Rabadi. I think he cares about his patients. However, I just called to see if I could speak with the doctor as I am sick and I was told that he can’t speak to patients on the phone because they do not do Telehealth appointments anymore. They told me to go to urgent care. I’m not sure if this is a failing of the medical system generally or this particular office or if they just want to charge insurance differently but I definitely do not feel taken care of as a patient. My husband and I were patients of Dr Rabadi for close to 20 years. My husband is ill now and we needed Dr Rabadi's support and he never called us back. I tried calling a number of times with no results. When our oncologist called the office, the staff lied and said we refused to visit! Adding this to the difficulty of getting the staff on the phone, getting renewals done and receiving test results we are leaving the practice

Once you see Dr. Rabadi it all goes well but his staff in incompetent and rude. Never returns a call back. He prescribe a medication for my husband in March of 2025 and he still waiting to get get filled. His staff doesn’t pick up the phone and when they do they are rude. I was highly recommended to Sr. Rabadi but I’m now searching for a new PCP.
