I was referred to Dr Wong for manometry. I travelled from the other side of Sydney, got lost, and ended up running a bit late. Dr Wong was amazing. She was so kind and welcoming, encouraging me to sit for a few minutes as she could probably see I was stressed and exhausted. Dr May Wong is very kind and is an excellent gastroenterologist. I have seen 6 gastroenterologists over the years and she has by far been the best. She is very knowledgeable and best of all she has shown the highest level of compassion and care I have experienced. She puts the care in healthcare. There was a time before surgery when she came to check in on me in the waiting room. When it was my turn she personally accompanied me to the operating room and carried my belongings.
