My name is Heather Lawson. I have been a pt with Dr. Cohen for approx. 23 years. If you are in need of spinal surgery I fully recommend Dr. Cohen. He has preformed neck and lumbar surgeries on me with success. I am now having more issues with neck in C1 and C2 and due to insurance I can't see Dr. Cohen for this issue. I am having to see someone new and I am nervous about that. I fully trust Dr. Cohen and believe he has my best interest, in mind. Dr. Cohen corrected my lumbar that was causing pain in my pelvic area, hips and legs. My legs were becoming weaker as time went on. He revised a previous L5-S1 fusion I had 5 years ago and fused L4 to it. I'm doing so much better and Dr. Cohen really cares about his patients. I also have treatment for scoliosis in the thoracic are. I highly recommend Dr. Cohen and High Point Hospital.
Had surgery August 2021 and i have more pain now did I did before the surgeries. He didn't even come by after the surgery and always sent his PA's . I told his PA'S over and over that something was wrong and no one listened. Nor did they inform Dr Cohen about my condition. Pain was so bad I could not walk, had to go to the emergency room in order to get appointment to see Dr Cohen to find out what was wrong. And now being told need surgery again
Fixed lower back over a year ago and yesterday fixed my neck. Wonderful Dr. Is very polite and knows his stuff. He has helped me so much with my back and neck. Thank you Dr Cohen.
this is a upgrade to a previous review i called out there several times to speak to a young girl named kelly,,i spoke to her earlier about 2 weeks ago and asked her to ask dr cohen about seeing me,,,there was a bad confusion on the part of the doctor and what the pas told him,,i just name got off the line and was told not to call anymore without any explantion at all,,im 65 years old and never have i ever seen such rude people that work in a doctors office,,, if you are a christian as i am and believe in the bible and the wo... read more
i was a patience of dr cohen and on my last appointment i went in to see if i could get a different type of pain medicine for my back,,needless to say i had to see a pa,,i believe her name was sarah,,,,and the woman was very very rude,,,,and i have been going to dr cohen for a couple of years about my lower back,,,and in this time i believe i actually saw dr cohen twice,,,so i guess to make a long story short,,,,if you go to see dr cohen you might see him one or two times,,other than that you will see his pa,,,,,and im not s... read more
I can't say enough good things about dr cohen but one of his pa assistans is very unprofessional and her name is Sarah...she has no compassion for you even if your in pain..I just left and never again will I see anyone except dr cohen
Dr Cohen, My name is stephen joesph Hudak IV. My docter sherry lim at oak street health told me you would be who i will be seeing. Back surgery in 99 herniated disks, rotar cuff, 2015, torn meniscus in left knee 2010, and a fusion on feb 7 2016 which failed. Now have 3 herniated disks, osteophytes, and want hardware gone.
