I saw dr. Max Kim recently. I waited three hours just to have a simple eye exam! I should have read his reviews before I went there. There are many complaints about the wait time to see Dr. Kim. They were all right about that! I never in my life waited three hours for an eye exam! There were only a few people in there, so I cannot believe the waiting issue whatsoever, since they were not very busy! I love this office-I have been going here for a couple of years and some of my family members as well- Sometimes a wait, but Dr Max Kim, Stephanie, Heather and the whole office have been so professional and I highly recommend them. I also have had to have cataract surgery in both eyes. Recently my right eye (the cataract was so bad I absolutely had zero vision. Today it has been 1 week & I can see so clearly and I am so grateful/ Thank you Dr. Kim and staff. You are the best!!
Great experience with Cataract surgery. Didn't feel a thing. No pain at all. Can see bright and vibrant colors now.
A very long wait despite an appt and being prompt on my arrival. Also no bedside manner…..not even polite to his patients.
