Got right into my appointment. Minimum wait time. All were nice.
I normally avoid going to the doctor because he/she seems to spend the whole time typing away on a laptop, with very little personal contact. Dr. Ahn actually listened to me, asked questions when he needed more info, and took notes on paper (which is less distracting than electronic.) I feel like he heard me. After that, Dr. Ahn decided on a relatively simple, straightforward plan of action, which he communicated clearly to me. And his office staff took care of the details.
