I have had to obtain a new referral to a cardiologist because the office will not respond to calls. They tried twice to call me but claimed they called 4 times, that is not true my phone history is evidence of missed calls. I have attempted multiple times to call them back. I'm very disappointed in this broken process and lack of communication with the office for scheduling a procedure and test. I think the provider seems knowledgeable and I was pleased with his service but I needed followup
He does not listen to a patient and will not answer questions. He thinks he is above everyone else, and no one knows anything but him. He, and his staff, is very unprofessional and uncaring.
He is very thorough and takes the time to listen to you, very up to date on medical issues and procedures.
