I thought he’d be wonderful after my first appointment, but that has changed. At my last appointment (telehealth phone call) to follow up on how I was doing on new med he had ordered, his call was 40 minutes late, he had no interest in how I was REALLY doing, and he hung up in 7 minutes.
I have been a patient of Dr. Buendia at the Krome Center in Homestead, FL for at least two years. You may have to wait a while to see him, but when you do he listens and cares about you. When he suspects a heart problem, he takes action. I feel very valued by him and his associate Dr. Alejandro Sarria. They both arranged triple bypass surgery for me. Then, Dr. Buendia argued with my insurance company for approval of my procedure. We, as a community, are fortunate to have such expert physicians in Homestead.
Excellent communicator. Really listens and respected me as his patient. Answered all my questions.
Dr. Buendia is so amazing ! He took so much time with me and explained everything. He is a blessing to the field of Cardiology. I wish more doctors were like him! He made me feel so much better after I left. He truly cares about his patients. I live 40 minutes away , but he is so worth the drive ! His staff was so sweet. They even took me early ! I feel blessed to have him as my Cardiologist. Five stars all the way around ?????
Extremely likely. One of the nicest doctors I have ever met and consulted. Super nice and highly competent.
Not the Best experience. Front Office made a big mistake on appointment causing me to drive from Miami to Homestead to find out the appointment was not for that day. They made the mistake no apology. The doctor also changed one of my meds that cost 40$ a month WITH INSURANCE!!!!!! Not happy will not visit Dr. Buendia again
