I had some eye irritation and photosensitivity while on vacation and wanted it checked out for peace of mind. I happened to come across this optometrist’s office and walked in and was promised an appointment time same day two hours later. When I appointment time arrived, I showed up. Instead of seeing me as scheduled, the optometrist tells me that she cannot see me and directed me to go to an ER, as she is waiting for the previous patient to return. Beware of scam like behaviour by this doctor. A $180 eye exam at this optometrist office does not include your pupil distance (PD). I called Optometrists in Collingwood and they will include your PD on your prescription. The Dr also made a rude comment saying that they don't carry Oakley's because "no one in this town can afford them". I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.
Best experience! Very much recommend this place, especially if you are nervous about seeing an eye doctor like me. They were kind and patient. Loved the help picking out a new pair of glasses. Great people.
