Dr Alexander is awesome she is very thorough and very professional and she knows her profession, I heard that she may be considering retiring and I hope that is not true. She is a rare breed to the medical profession I give her a five-star and I hope she stays around for many more years. We need more doctors like her.

Poor front desk communication. Called to schedule a check up. Patient for over 10 years. Voicemail message says leave a message and the office will call you back. Left two voicemail messages and haven't heard from Dr A's office. I like Dr Alexander tho. She is down to business and doesnt waste time with small talk.

I left voice mail since 1 week or more to get appointment for my son 7 years?! Unfortunately no one call me back?!!

Mom was given appointment for cataract surgery, two different appointments were scheduled, come to find out this doctor doesn’t do the surgery. She referred out to her “friend” Dr Kelly with Howarton eye center in Kyle. We then go because we are told this Dr Kelly will do the surgery, we get to the office where they want to do another consultation for surgery, you can imaging our frustration.
