Sadly after 26 years of Dr. Sullivan being my kids’ pediatrician, we finally had to say goodbye. My kids have been her patients from newborn until adulthood. They loved her! She is very thorough and always made every visit personal. Her compassion and knowledge go without saying. We were very lucky to have her caring for our kids and hopefully someday our grandchildren.
The voice prompt says the office is open from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 to 5:00 pm. When I called I was told the phones don't go back on until 1:30 pm. When I asked to leave a message with the messaging services I was told I cannot leave a message. What is the purpose of an answering service if you can't leave a message.
