Brilliant man who up and abandoned my 22 y/o daughter and my care after being told on April 11, 2017 we would be seeing his P.A. Matt from now on. Over the next 2 weeks multiple calls, site message, cancelled self scheduled site appointments.After two weeks of puposefully evading our rquest I realized we had bee abandoned. Then began endless lies and ecuse over obtaining medical records that had supposedly already been forwarded to family MD.
