Dr Palo has done two different surgical procedures for me. I have one more to have done later this year and would not even remotely consider a different surgeon. He is awesome!!! He has a phenomenal bed side manner, brilliant knowledge of current procedures, and treats you like you are family. Dr Palo leads an excellent team and I highly recommend them to anyone needing knee surgery. Dr Palo stresses wellness and nutrition as well as preparing you for the surgical procedure. Recovery has been better than expected with less pain than anticipated. The team respond quickly to any questions or concerns in a helpful, courteous manner.
I was able to obtain a first time appointment within a week of my first contact regarding a problematic knee. The staff was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. After x-rays, and an examination, Dr Palo laid out several options for treatment……discussing pros-cons of each option. The only reason I post 4 versus 5 stars, is that we shall have to wait a bit to find out how effective the treatment will be. The office visit and direct work with Dr Palo deserves 5 stars.
